Mine Hill, NJ firefighters responded to 18 William St. on a reported structure fire. Upon arrival heavy smoke was showing from a 1.5 story wood frame dwelling. The dwelling was vacant and for sale according to the sign in the front yard. Mutual aid was called immediately for the Wharton Fire Department to respond as well as a Rapid Intervention Team from the Dover Fire Department. The was under control within 1 hour.
